Great location, very clean and also the complementary cookies, wine and sodas
The breakfast was excellent and beyond expectations as was the person who made and served it.
Adorable historic home turned bed and breakfast. Parking was tight, but not a big deal because we were staying in the downtown area and the property was walking distance to everything we wanted to do.
The location was outstanding! We could walk to all the activity downtown. The room was lovely and nicely decorated for the period of the home. The breakfast was amazing. The complimentary wine at night was a nice touch. We were able to sit on the porch and enjoy the breeze. The B&B had many nice touches (complimentary water, soda, wet hand towels, etc). Overall, it was a nice relaxing experience to spend our 30th wedding anniversary.
The staff was amazing and the room was beautiful but clean which was a big one for us.
The house and staff were nice, the breakfast delicious, and the location within walking distance of major Saint Augustine attractions.
Location was excellent. Staff was excellent. Room space was a little tight. Air conditioning unit was dripping some water which was wetting the wall and floor.
Location was great close to st georges st. And the little touch of extras the staff and inn provided made it a top notch place to stay, we use this as an overnight stop to make a 15 hour drive so we had to leave earlier than when breakfast was ready, but they threw us some nice muffins that were ready for our ride! Would absolutely stay here for our next trip to Saint Augustine.

Right in the heart of downtown. Easy and free parking! Beautiful layout and beds and bathroom were very clean.
